Conflict Resolution Training Webinar
Wherever two or more people come together, there is bound to
be conflict. This course will give participants a seven-step conflict
resolution process they can use and modify to resolve disputes of any size.
Your participants will also be provided with a set of skills for building solutions
and finding common ground.
In the Conflict Resolution workshop, participants
will learn crucial conflict management skills, including dealing with anger and

CEO & Trainer
I have over 30 years of experience as a trained Hearing Officer specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution, including Arbitration, Mediation, and Negotiation. I have received training from reputable institutions such as Harvard Law School, Pepperdine Law School, and Capital Law School. Additionally, I am a member of the National Hearing Officers Association and have provided training for various government agencies, including the Federal Executive Board. Formerly a member of the Beverly Bar Association, I have also been invited to speak and train for numerous Federal, State, and City governments, as well as other organizations. Furthermore, I am a bestselling author and have received multiple awards in recognition of my professional achievements.
Dr. Edward Wilson
Mediation Director & Trainer
Dr. Edward L. Wilson is a retired U. S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, his previous assignment was Deputy Director of Acquisition Logistics at Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles AFB, in El Segundo, CA.
As a SMART Mediator for the Federal Executive Board for more than 12 years, Dr. Wilson is a firm believer in “building bridges and mending fences.”
His focus is on actions that enhance inclusion and reduce exclusion.
He is a staunch advocate for homeless Veterans and other marginalized individuals. He holds leadership positions in the Veterans of Foreign Wars, STEAM100, and a variety of non-profit organizations.
Dr. Wilson received a BS in Chemistry from Howard University; an MS in Counseling from Oklahoma State University; an MS in Psychology from North Central University, and a Doctorate in Education from Liberty University.
Born and raised in the Bronx, NY he now resides in Los Angeles, CA.
